Karla was very patient with my lists (and lists) of questions, concerns and what-if scenarios. She was a stellar negotiator on all fronts from buying our 2 homes as well as when she listed our first home for sale and eventually for rent. Very diligent in her tenant application process and knew  exactly what she was doing to get us the perfect tenants. My husband and I just sold our home and Karla was excellent. She works harder than anyone I know and made it a MUCH easier process for us.
